REASON: Line re-conductoring works along Kalayaan Ave. in Bgy. Valenzuela, Makati City.
CAVITE (CAVITE CITY; AND NOVELETA)
- BETWEEN 11:00PM AND 11:59PM (TUE., 09/20/16) AND THEN BETWEEN 4:00AM AND 5:00AM (WED., 09/21/16) – PORTION OF CIRCUIT ROSARIO 43RS
